Previous president's actions were a real embarrassment to the business. Now, the right-hand person to the previous president in marketing is continuing down the same destructive path. This has led to a lot of dissatisfaction among employees, low morale, with many openly talking about leaving and actively interviewing elsewhere. It’s a crazy and unfortunate situation.
