Hock and Dell are just managers of Chinese money. That is why they have this security everywhere. They don't know when they will be bumped by the Chinese Mafia.
If any of you think PatG or Raghu had absolute power, jokes on you, they are just Ike any other execs that had to do what they were told to do, sure they got paid a lot more than anyone else.
