Anyone know if you’re still eligible for part of your bonus if you quit before Sep 30th or is it all or nothing?

Just stay on until you're laid off. It's 2 weeks severance for every year worked, plus CalWarn, plus bonus, plus holiday, and a bunch of other. You get taxed to sh-t however. Though if you have an offer now then just leave, otherwise stick around, October isn't that far away
If you voluntarily leave, you must stay until OCT-1 to get your bonus payout.
nothing is paid out if your last day worked is before October 1
I'm not sure how that works if you voluntarily leave. I know if you are laid off you will get a prorated bonus.
