How is the company doing this year? Are things turning around enough for CommScope to not have another layoff?

Per the last earnings call, CCS is now starting to bo-m again. All the AI hype is apparently driving big time data center investment. Does that mean that CCS employees could potentially get a meaningful divisional bonus (assuming these trends continue)?
@bona+1tOoznhC yeah stock price going up.
Good for Slt but will there be any improvement for the rest of the employees who are doing workload of several former colleagues for 1.pitiful merit increases 2. Even worse bonuses ( if they got any) 3. Toxic work culture and incompetent managers.
In short: noting will change except slt will ride this wave and let everyone else drown. hr will definately not fight your corner.
The stock price is up over $3 now. Things are turning around for the better!
You should know the answer when you asked this question. If a company keep layoffs, selling profit assets, toxic culture, heavy debt on and on, would somebody tell me it has future?!

From what I can see since 2019 ,they are a company who lay off regularly.
Essential staff are cut as salaries are looked at and not the bigger picture.
Any new roles are based in India for cost savings!!
Unfortunately the employee is not a valued commodity in this specific corporate culture and expect continous layoffs until the balance sheet looks healthier
CS has already trimmed all the excess fat. There's nothing left to cut except essential employees. But we'll see.
CS is still struggling.
