In U.S., VPs have quietly stepped down with VSPs for two months. Last week, there were unofficial announcements from a couple of commercial and Ent Sales leaders (Dir, Sr. Dir) to their RSDs/teams that they (the Sales Leader) would be cut. I suppose they wanted the message to come from themselves. We’ve known this consolidation was long in the making.
My peer on the West coast said a couple of Medium Businesses leaders were cut last week.
Does anyone know if this is how Dell usually does it - cut from the top down?
Everything I ahave heard and seen is non-sales.
Not many have received the mail in Dublin which people are upset about.
A lot wanted the severance package.
Some senior brass are gone including VP and director level.

Yes, a few people I know in EMEA where told today their roles will not be there anymore (Sales, Marketing, OPS and Finance). Both management and IC.
3 of my colleagues in marketing got impacted. Their last day is next Friday. They all are from US and are remote if that matters.
I've heard of some in sales receiving 1x1 invites, but no further details.
