Managment does what Thoma Bravo directs to save themselves and get compensation serving on other portfolio boards.
This is the main issue. The management is only looking out for themselves at the cost of not just employees and customers but also the company itself. This is not a sustainable strategy but they don't care. They'll be well compensated no matter what happens in the end.
Management was hired by Thoma Bravo to do what they direct. That’s how a company works, what’s your point ?

Qlik is in its EOL phase.. Exit strategies are in order..
Lack of innovation is the main issue. Look at Gartner’s MQ over the last five years and the direction of Qlik - it’s moving in the wrong direction. From #3 to #6 and will more than likely be out of the top 10 next year. AI success can’t be built on top of a dying product line.
