Geico laid off 400 yesterday. Blamed it on an untrue performance. They were offered a 2 month severance package., even for employees that were with the company for 20+ years.
Geico has become a terrible company.

This is true. They made employees sign a severance agreement that said the termination was due to performance. 400 employees ? They should be under investigation by the Department of Labor.
