Will Q's hiring managers show nepotism by hiring people from the same region, their own relatives, friends, or friends' relatives?

Opex efficiency critical. Headcount growth being investigated microscopically. Flood of intel hiring not possible.

they will of course hire more from their same region
while using up US resources
and Q will soon follow intel
Not as much technical expertise overlap between Q and Intel. Also, Q hiring mainly in India so chances are not good.
