Lower all of the NEX/NXNE overpaid PEs, Senior PEs to G8/G9 since they are just doing G8 work and taking credit of lower grade workers work. Intel became a org of overpaying marginal employees and promoting them to PE, Senior PEs!

I wonder why some people still hang on to Intel, it was clear since 2015 restructuring lay offs BS it was time to go elsewhere and many did. any one left there may not have good options to leave or can’t be hired elsewhere
