Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Important things falling thru the cracks.

I wonder with the mobile application that tracks the field and membership reps not having a current license, what department overseas was supposed take care of that. Just another way that sending our jobs to other countries is actually costing the the company more money. Add this one small point to the fact that we are losing panel members due to poor customer service from the call centers, losing top talent by cutting knowledgeable people and retaining the old guard of toxic management. It's just a recipe for disaster.

I will be surprised if the company even makes it 2 more years, the wheels are gonna fall off this thing

No-one cares about Nielsen anymore, so the gaps in process and quality are no big eye opener to anyone, anymore.

When a once market leading company like Nielsen is on its final leg no one pays attention, kinda like a Radio Shack, K-Mart or AOL having quality issues with those who even know of them anymore thinking “They’re still around?”

I was thinking about this the other day when a friend gave me his email address and it was a hotmail account. I said “really?” and his reaction was priceless.

Nielsen is much the same, and no pays attention or even cares anymore.
