Thread regarding DocuSign layoffs

Should I interview at docusign?

I have an interview scheduled with a recruiter next week, which has been rescheduled by her twice. I've seen a lot of negative interview and review info on Glassdoor and other sites. Wondering if I should proceed with the interview or just withdraw? Would love to hear from current and former DocuSign employees with their thoughts.

I don't know what the interview process is like here these days. I do know that things are very messy working here. The office situation is such that you don't get an assigned desk, HR is toxic, leadership is toxic and greedy AF. Product releases are too much too fast and it shows. We have a lot of mid level managers who don't manage anything at all.

Interview for the experience I would say, if it becomes tedious then abandon, if they extend an offer you and the comp is right then it depends. It's not as bad as some places and if they pay is good and you are getting RSUs it could be worth it. Toughen you up a bit and make some $$$. If not equity comp then don't even bother.

Update: the day after she rescheduled the second time, the recruiter told me the position is on hold while they tweak things in the background. I'm guessing a different title and salary. She wants to keep in touch, but after this experience, and what I've read on Glassdoor and other places, thanks but no thanks. Not a good candidate experience.
