Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Surprised they didn’t announce return to office

That would be a good way to push people out without severance.

Not only RTO but they will be watching when you arrive and leave each day. You will probably need to take time off for appointments. You could be doing weekly reports and all of the other old school nonsense.

This is absolutely coming. Pastor P’s statement says “we need to change the way we operate”. More details on that will be forthcoming in the days, weeks, and months ahead.

Give it time. You can only drop so many bo--s before you need to reload.

No RTO because of saving money for electricity bill, janitorial services and supplies (lot of intel employees po-p at work to save money on tissue paper), office space, fruits and coffee expenses etc... Due to all these reasons RTO is not coming back.

Why? So hard worker theater can continue to disrupt people who are trying to work with people taking conference calls on their monitor speaker phones, walk around and chat with each other to be seen? Pass around COVID? Yeah I'm sure we fell behind in process tech because of wfh. The big drain is foundry. Wfh is a nice deflection along with all of your other racist vile bull cr-p.
