Prepare yourself please!!! Hiring freeze will come 1st then layoffs!!!! ELT is already working behind the curtain. Will be many phases but smaller scale as to not raise media attention or cause disruption to sales performance. Will for sure happen by 4Q but performance will determine if 4Q of 3Q.

Yes! Inside source, I have am involved in the discussions and am disgusted by ELTs deceit. That's all I will say. There is more concern about the media attention than there is about culture or employee well being.

Some members of the USA team were laid off in July. While I don’t expect any major changes in the immediate future, there is potential for significant layoffs by next Q1.

Introducing a PIP-culture can be productive if it's done in the "Ohana"-kind of way. If it's just a strategic play to shift their work force to LCOL areas and suppress wages (cost) as much as possible, then I would expect they will be accelerating unionization, which is generally not attractive for investors.

Will likely be PIPs and the lower performers on the last evaluation.
This is not a matter "if" but "when"!! There are already daily conversations on going. ELT wants to roll it out but is worried about media attention so the proposal is for this to come out in batches since other tech companies have recently done the same.

Have been working my magic with management to ensure no impact. Riding this cash cow until there is nothing left to squeeze, or my retirement is fully funded. Suggest that you do the same.
