The number of fiber jobs out there makes me think the people remaining know crown is the best place but just like to complain
The ones being laid off are not responsible for the incompetence above their pay grade.

It’s a job. Unless you are passionate about what you’re doing, treat it like a job and don’t ask your employer to be your everything.
I suggest you get hobby or volunteer for fulfillment.

People stopped being accountable a long time ago. The place is a mess from top to bottom. At this point the few that care are just an annoyance to leaders that don’t lead.
