It will be usual cheesy grin from SM thinking that the audience admires him when in reality if he was on fire, no one would p1ss on him.

More "our strategy is working" statements when clearly it hasn't worked in a very long time.

If there was an announcement that SM or CB were leaving, I think they should roll out the celebration cake

I think someone needs to stand up during the all hands grab the microphone and say.

"The entire ELT is incompetent and should be the first to go if there's another 10% to layoff this year."

The All Hands will bring us nothing. It will be the usual self-serving diatribe about everything that is NOT relevant to our customers nor will return us to growth. Do your research and see how many RSU's were granted to every ELT member in late February. How our former CRO, TC, conveniently managed to sell $1.9M of his stock in mid December - right before the trading window closed. That's a great vote of confidence when your global head of sales - who has the best visibility to the state of our business - unloads for his personal gain. Look at all the other ELT members selling their stock, all the while, gathering the "cut" lists of hard working employees to layoff.

Please don't insult us on the call with more disingenuous babble about how "Teradata cares" nor put more DEI in front of us. This company is at a serious crossroad and the only focus that matters is on creating innovative products that customers want to pay for.

Suggest the ELT comes prepared to address how this cut will make us a better company. Show us what we're developing that will get the market to stand up and say "wow, I want that!" How Marketing will deliver more than a new logo and a power point template and what changes are being made at the top to bring fresh perspective and experience to turn us around. The current strategy of paying McKinsey millons of $$ to "tell us" what our strategy should be is a joke. How about your trust your sellers - just ask them for the answer!

If you can't treat us like valued employees don't bother taking 90 minutes of our time.
