Disneyland unions agree to ‘historic’ 31% pay raise

Master Services Council, which represents 14,000 Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney employees from four unions, announced late on Monday, July 29 its members had voted to accept a new contract that provides a 31% pay raise over the next three years.

So 10% per year. If you are making $20 per hour, you'll get $22 next year, $24.20 in 2026 and $26.80 in 2027. All against an average cost of living increase average of 3.7% per year in Anaheim. Yes, this is historic. Meanwhile in Orlando, the cost of attending the parks will likely jump 31% over the next three years to cover this. Oh, if the job cuts don't.
