My guess at what was asked in the interview:

What would you do if an employee reports a manufacturing defect?

  • fire him

What would you do if a whistleblower speaks out?

  • get rid of him

Matters little now who is CEO. Given its low experienced and low knowledge work force, Boeing is a like a high risk startup company competing against the likes of Airbus, COMAC, Embraer and SpaceX. Actually, the situation is even worse... Boeing is also deep in debt and has cancerous, corrupt, inept leadership at all levels. RIP.
