They were over $100M over budget the last I saw. So when does Ameren start laying off this over bloated part of the organization?

No kidding! This group is like a swarm of locusts. There’s way too many people in management in that group and not enough people actually doing work, not to mention this group tries to capitalize absolutely everything, even things that should be over in the expense line, and continues to get away with it. They need to be audited and slimmed down.
