Dell - making strategic changes is good. Your stupidity is not though. Chasing a strategy from 2002 is just d-mb. Cutting people in high cost area to hit a number is either just d-mb or you’re planning on selling.

Something is on the horizon. Why would Scannell sell 35M in Dell at it's high in June if he didn't have information about the future? MD is getting to the point of retirement. Does he sell to AVGO so his name is off the building?
