There will be lay offs after reviews after they cut anyone who received a 1 or 2. Anyone who had low badge in numbers should be working on their resume.

Same info I heard from IC design manager who makes the list.
Layoffs is wishful thinking. Happens only every 3 years or so. So wait a couple of years before getting impatient!
