OMG…I need to go to my snowflake safe space. No one is being sensitive to my needs. OMG!!!!! I need people to conform to my way of thinking. If not then I’m offended.

to the people still saying woke, please get a hobby. furthermore, why are you so butt hurt about DEI and wokeness? has a certain demographic stolen your imaginary promotion and fantasy raise? it's not them, it's you and the skills you lack.

It's like they try to make things complicated to seem important. There are so many processes that are simple (like performance reviews, budgets, and approvals). However, a lot people are just either incompetent, trying to make a name for themselves or have this roaring need to be seen.

About the last thing I'd expect from any bank is 'soul'. Show me the money! Why so much being spent on consent orders in fines and attempts to stop the bleeding? Why so many different and complicated systems for doing what should be simple tasks? That's my problem with being either a customer or investor in Citi.

Oh boy, here we go with the “woke” comments. That is close to being played out and something new will need to be found.
