What’s everyone think about Randall Edekers 1million dollar Retirement party, the flowers alone were $100,000. They even bought him a $40,000 Rolex.. As an employee owner I do not approve of that. He burned the ships to the ground (relationships) and now he will retire and watch the company suffer from all of his bad decisions he made.

The ERP director dude named Brandon is a horrible guy, he enjoys skating through life making people's life miserable, I bet he is happy now that somehow he is making other people lose their jobs. The guys that work with him can't stand him!
What a total disaster his tenure was. Ron Person was 3 times the man he is.
Hyvee wants u to vote them the number one supermarket.No way in he-l should that happen with the way they treat their employees and targeting older employees a few years ago to lay them off or fire them to cut their labor costs.They r far from being a top supermarket with actions like these.DO NOT VOTE FOR HYVEE OR MAKE THAT COMPANY A CAREER.
Like most of the claims made on this site, I'm guessing the cost quoted for the flowers and watch are greatly inflated.

Randy will go down in history as the best CEO we've ever had. He's put us in a position to succeed in today's environment but more importantly the future. HyVee is going to expand and grow because of his brilliant leadership.
You guys are crying about the 40k Rolex watch Hy-Vee gave him for retirement . You should see the million dollar bonus they gave him for retiring. I can’t believe Hy-Vee gave Randy a bonus to retire! I hope when I retire they will give me a million dollar bonus.
Pretty sure they hired a well known comedian too for entertainment.
