With losers like Nathan H. Cumsock and Ricky Singh running the Optum/Medexpress side, it will only get worse...jump ship while you can instead of working for these sleazy lying administrators who smile in your face but are as transparent as dog fe--s

First off it is 100% against the law for any company to withhold monies from your paycheck for any reason whatsoever unless you have signed a form authorizing it thru a payroll deduction of sort. Even if you still have company property on your possession they cannot touch your paycheck (federal law). They would have to sue you separately. So if you really believe they have withheld monies from your paycheck- you have 2 options: 1. Contact and file a formal complaint with your state dept of labor hours and wage division; 2. Contact an attorney and file a lawsuit in small claims court.

Uhc/Optum does not control your 401k loan repayments you need to work that out with Fidelity. If you have money taken out of your check to purchase stocks, they will take that money back from fidelity and cut you a separate check for it.

Are you paying for healthcare benefits for the month of August out of a single check?

If you look at your stub, it should tell you why (I.e. low hours, loan payback, benefits charge, etc).
