The guy su-ks but nothing out of the norm than other VPs. Seeing so many TCS contractors and sr managers spreading rumors daily

Well I’m not gonna say what and dox myself. But I know TCS and ex TCS don’t like him because they may lose their bullying majority in management if he continues going up
I imagine that people high enough in the organization or plenty of years of service are looking for an out. Hopefully the severance package hasn’t been totally fu---d over. Good luck to those that may be impacted by any future reorg. it’s practically inevitable that they will do one which means job losses.
There's a layoff every year! Get with the program. Karen and her whole entire squad has to go. If you have to layoff your employees on a YEARLY basis then it's management that's doing something wrong. We need a complete overhaul. New blood. Management that cares about their employees.
New org structure being worked out, folks that are not part of the conversation are getting nervous they wont be part of the new org. The discomfort is palpable.
