This post is not as the title appears. I read the comments above and understand the anger as well as the panic in our teamates voices. These people are just voicing whats inside them, as they're not allowed too without fear of losing their jobs. So when I read random comments from others berating them, commenting to stop whinning and if they don't like it to just leave, it baffles me and raises questions on their morals. If you can't find empathy and concern with others lives, then you yourself have serious moral issues. A long look in the mirror would be a tool to use to open your minds and hearts. We're not individuals, but a family. I don't think coming on this thread and using it as a bully pulpit is appropriate. Maybe you few shouldn't be here. These are real things that'll effect ourselves, wives, husbands, children and even friends. Please stop acting in a callous emotionless big corp. mentality, because sooner or later you'll be affected by similiar circumstances and need an understanding place of like minded souls to ease your worries.

So says someone lack empathy or morals (seriously) when someone posts about the continuous whining instead of doing your job that you are paid to do. If anyone doesn’t like there job, put your resume out there and find another one. That is REALITY. Sitting around letting anyone in management ruin your life and degrade you when they don’t even know who you are or care about you is letting the evil win.
If that is lacking empathy or morals, accusing people of that shows where the problem lays. It is You. Stop being so freaking sensitive. Grow up, be mature and take control of your life instead of continually whining on this page (or any). It hurts YOU and no one else.

It’s funny each day some new negative topic gets posted my guess it’s some one or a couples people therapy or axe to grind it would be healthy for them to let go and move on
What the people are missing out, especially those who are saying that this is a place just to vent and feel better… is that it enables conversations build up where you can eventually discern patterns of Truist behavior that are incompatible with good business practices… who knows there may be a potential lawsuit in the future… the posts here will be an inspiration to someone that he/she is not alone and a class action lawsuit could be a viable action as lot of others will sign into it given what we are seeing here
What value does coming here to express one’s feelings provide? A sense of relief? It doesn’t change any circumstances. Most of the “insider” information posted here is wrong and builds more anxiety than not. If you need to express yourself Truist provides free licensed counseling through the EAP. The site has become nothing more than negativity and false rumors.
Agree with everyone here (“more work less whining” an obvious exception). I’ve been following this site for several months and while it started out as a somewhat reliable grassroots news source, it now includes a lot of personal laments. The therapeutic value of just spilling out is well-known, and the (hopefully true) anonymity of this board helps. Keyboard warriors aside, most of what I read is supportive and healthy exchange, or just harmless venting. There’s always some troll under every bridge, but we all can support each other, even anonymously.
I think you all need to realize the more work, less whining commentators are just trying to troll you, They aren’t here defending the company, they’re just trying to make themselves feel better at your expense. Try to laugh and move on?
The “More work less whining” comment is exactly what this post is about and it’s id--ts like you who need to leave this board and never return.
More work less whining.
The real issue is why can’t they express opinions without termination? That’s the first issue with the culture. Secondly, everyone will be fired. It’s Suntrust….so I don’t know who the bullies are but they will be fired too.
Well said!! Thank you!
