Bingo! Before 7/1 my team pretty much adhered to three days a week, but it was totally flexible if someone wasn’t gonna come in or didn’t feel like coming in, It was no big deal. They stayed home if they were traveling no big deal and probably in the end we averaged about two days a week over the course of a 90 day period.
With the new mandate, I’m not in for a full day anymore because I have to be there. I often leave work before lunchtime and don’t come till after 9 o’clock. With some PTO coming up. I went on Monday just to swipe my badge turned around and left.
You’re exactly right all it does is get employees upset and be wasteful with carbon emission.
