P66 is being sued by a company named Propel Fuels for $1,000,000,000over alleged Theft of Trade Secrets. The trial date is August 26th, 2024. This dates from 2022. Why are we,the employees and share holders only finding out about this now?

The “article” I saw is a press release from propel. No wonder is is so one sided
I read the article. It seem this could, in a bad way, be a big deal for P66.
It’s already raised a question about the company’s ethics.
Gotta pay to play. Small price to keep governor hairdo happy.
