You can do cuts, reorgs, fire and hire, but if you are thoroughly incompetent and your organization is deeply dysfunctional, none of the above will ever produce any results. This is not my first workplace, but boy, is it the worst! I regret ever applying for a job here, and have been looking furiously for exit since spring. I believe I’ll be able to outrun them before they come up with some great new idea on how to make this place stay the same or become worse.
