Did anyone ever find out why she left? They never even announced it besides an email to GL 31+. So weird no announcement to the peons.

Nice Person won't be promoted .shes only been here not even 10 years yet but outsider will step in and kick these horrible managers to the curb. There is documentation on much of their (lazy managers )wrongdoings and misuse of authority. I say karma will get you.

Not sure why, but I heard she was let go. She didn’t plan to resign.
What I do know is they are considering promoting a wonderful gal who has a large amount of time in multiple departments at uhg/optum. Doubtful she will say yes as she prefers leadership to management. She is a no nonsense nurse who would straighten up these team leaders super fast. You either love this lady or hate her. No in-between. I really wish she'd consider it but...
