Enforced kaizen defeats its purpose.how can it have workers support if they are not consulted.having observed waters version of kaizen and lean all I can see is bad morale and disdain for the methods.whoever is in charge of kaizen was asleep in class the way it's being implemented is farcical.a small example,less buns doesnt mean less rubbish.the place is manly.mens toilets are discusting.

If you want to lean then remove the useless senior management who are useless at Wilmslow, i.e ones who believe they are jack of all trades but master of none ........promoted for wrong reasons by mates not on technical ability or knowledge.. it's no wonder Waters Wilmslow bis a mess .......morale at rock bottom ......but that's what Udit wants..... How the he-l he is still in a job is beyond me!!!!!!

Who on earth would put kids and soft touches in supervisory and team leader positions.workers are just ignoring these id--ts.although they do bring some amusement to the day.
