The word "scam" is getting thrown around quite liberally here, without any particular argumentation.
Firing staff =/= scamming investors...
Good News is that the scam seems to be working. Some customers who do not know that that Sabre is cooking the books to present better numbers are falling for the scam. There are zero resources and budget for any future development.
Don't worry about the layoffs and VSP not making Sabre profitable. The day is approaching for the return to the office, expect a lot of unhappy people to quit. That will reduce costs.

Wasting money on funding ai
Stupid company led by a thief just lost $70m in the 2nd quarter. Even laying off 1300 employees in 2023 has not helped the company from having more costs than revenue. Oh and don’t be surprised to hear executives will allocate $100m in compensation and bonuses for this year.

What's the news? The Fed should soon lower interest rates. Also, there was some inflow of money into small-cap stocks (see Russell 2000).
Not sure if Sabre employees understand - Sean Menke was brought in to save Sabre. He tried hard unsuccessfully. Not to ruin his image in the market, Sean installed Kurt E who has a history insider trading and jumping ship. Investors and employees should jump ship white they can.

- Layoffs every quarter of 2024 - Q2 June, Q3 September, Q4 December. It is all about scamming with numbers.
- After paying interest on $5 BILLION debt, there are no funds left for any development.
- Laying off critical resources while hiring low cost unqualified labor in form of contractors.
