Anything (overall) above 2% is bs. Some teams could get up to 10-25% or more, but it will not be a big as last October
Keep in mind every year the bottom employees, those with 1s and 2s on their reviews, are let go. This is nothing new. For those of you who gave nice high badge in numbers, consider yourself safe. If your badge % is low, start working on your resume.
