One week after the last RIF and leadership is clearly not able to lead. Leaders running meetings rehashing old news as if they have something meaningful. Listening to this is cringy and embarrassing. “We don’t know whats going on either! As soon as we know we”ll be sure to pass it on! Trust us… more details are coming!” Plus don’t forget “We have a contract with BCBS so that makes our market the most special market out of all the markets!” Of course Optum and UHG will honor that contract because it keeps us safe. They will never do anything to endanger this sacred contract. NEVER! Its unheard of! Ugh. We who work at Landmark will be asked to take ourselves out with the trash. Not this worker bee. Using PTO, have a new job, won’t give notice. Its just business. I learned from leadership

They also seem to never mention that BCBS is mass hiring for their new how. Based community program “WellBe”!
It is only a matter of time before that company takes on all their own customers and what does that leave Landmark left with??? Not Much!!!
Landmark nurses have faithfully manned the phones and have found extra data on thousands of patients in Michigan for BCBS. Because the market has failed to gain more patients for “care” (gather more data for BCBS) there is no profitable trade off. Recent numbers of engaged patients are artificially inflated. They count people they haven’t spoken to as well as patients that do not receive any actual care. Clinical staff are leaving (the ones that get this is an almost sunk ship). The ones left are still being pushed to provide quality care, to close gaps. They are told by leadership in vague corporate speak to data mine. So many clinicians came here to escape the healthcare nightmare only to find they went from the pan to H&LL.
I’ve already heard from several sources that Landmark is spinning down in 2024.
Same with IESNP except in 4 states.
