If private 2U wants money made. Fire all the time fraud folks and lazy metric ICs. Get a core of ICs who want to drive a business bit hangout, milk a check and gave dance parties.

Cut overtime, cut underperformers, cut business lines and departments who are not profitable or serve a purpose.

When the time comes for you to restructure finances/salaries/cut the fat, cut around EVERYWHERE but Admissions Counselors and Student Success Counselors!
Because it’s the phenomenal sales and retention frontier workforce that built thi$ company in the early day!
Much of the surrounding departments and leadership stacks (save tech support) was a large part of the hot air and fluff that helped to finally breakdown what $ales and retention teams built — STUDENT, by $TUDENT by $TUDENT!
Keep AC/SSA teams $strong, continue to $upport their efforts and remove the hot aired redundancy that managed to enter into this company (many of whom started @ Admissions & Student Success - but asserting enough energy to swim their way up and ride along like a barnacle).
