Salary cuts followed by impact awards?
Wouldn't surprise if they ask for salary cuts.after all that's why they asked for day shift volunteers.

Replacing current employees with cricket players. Less expensive to have them walk. The challenge with this type of strategy is the ones that are able to leave have the skills employers want, the ones that stay are unemployable elsewhere or they are zombies.
