The appeals nurses need a union! The assembly line mentality and toxic work environment created by management is horrendous.
These yearly scares and stresses wouldn't be a thing with a union. It's a matter of time before AI will reasonably be a daily risk for everyone.
Never going to happen. Nurse are too busy tearing each other down to get organized and help each other. For that matter most of the healthcare industry is that way.

Ok so I have experience with unions. Unions are only as good as how much they fight for you. It has to be a strong union that's willing to stand up and go to bat for you. Mind you this is only my opinion, but remember CVS is gonna fight back hard, so the union needs to fight back harder.
