Where is the revelation and reformation for the fact that the bank is broken and has su-ked for a long time? Restructure as much as you want, but Citi still has a terrible reputation in the marketplace for being totally absent. Real cultural change needs to happen, not more dotted lines and McKinsey style restructurings.
