Question… the 8 waves of layoffs are they 7 more to come, since I am assuming the UCC layoffs were round one? Thank you for clarification.
I’m not going to look it up but I think these WARN notifications are only required if more than 50 people are being laid off? However doesn’t change the fact that UHG skirts these rules by repeating phased RIF layoffs. All we can do is get the word out, these are not the good guys!

These are the layoffs the media know about. They do not know about the thousands others that were let go.
Thank you sharing! We get more information from outside sources than Optum. Optum is definitely not transparent or fully honest with employees.
