Give it time? They shouldn’t be leaders in the first place. This is bp, so they will only leave these positions when they are promoted or retire.

These "leaders" are making a bad name for themselves. It'll come back on them. Let's see how arrogant they are when reality hits them.
To be fair to the complainers, I have heard the culture in bpx is ‘unique’. To put it another way… toxic.
Bp is not perfect but still has some fantastic leaders who have interpersonal and leadership skills as well as technical knowledge and ability.
Bpx sounds to be a bit doggy dog and leaders are out for themselves. A fish rots from the head.
