Terribly managed and bad spending decisions. They're sitting on land that would have doubled their production space and fixed all their productivity issues at 6 digit costs but instead some management that should be fired decided to spend 7 digits to be like amazon which on paper sounds good but not for 3m products. They should be more like ikea with simplistic workflow and environment. Tech isn't always useful. They just added more unnecessary steps, sh-t is still not running, and core production issues weren't addressed. Again, when businesses fail it's because of bad management. Hopefully they scrap them with a new buyer.

This person is fishing for info and hoping someone confirms their personal suspicion. Meanwhile there are business and mfrg units that are largely being cordoned off from everyone else - look there for future spinoff candidates.

Fall is a great portfolio. Just not well managed.

Interesting, there have been investments to integrate Fall example SAP etc. but doesn’t mean it would stop a sale. Definitely a different business model. What are the “signs” you mentioned?
