No job security. I quit Monday and have accepted an offer within a day. It’s not worth losing one’s mind staying at this place.
I'm going to work what my job title states, no more, no less. If it's above my job title I'm not doing it. And I have printed out what my job title duties are, and I've been doing above and beyond that, no more. I get cr-p for not know what I'm doing, well it's not even in my job description.
