Since the RTO.
Literally everyday is bring you kid to work day in Hartford. This whole RTO thing really sc--wed allot of families. Yes technically you’re not supposed to engage your kids when you WAH but at least you were there see and tend to them before the day starts and you are there when they get home.

All due respect if you have to do this it means you were abusing WFH and raising your family while working which is very common for WFH people. I'm pretty fed up with it despite being supportive of remote, you guys ruined it for everyone holding your crying babies up to the camera on calls.
As a mom and remote worker for 15 years working with your kids home on a regular basis is a reason why WFH is frowned upon by so many. I paid for camp and daycare when the kids were little and so should you. Sorry not sorry.
I work from home and could not get anything done if I did not take my daughter to daycare. She demands my attention. Good luck to you all!
I know I’m personally bringing my kid into the office this week because of the RTO last minute switch.
Full disclosure I was already hybrid before but in the summer I usually would only come in once a week or not at all quite a bit so that we could save on summer camp.
I had pre-planned to be home this week and didn’t pre-book summer camp. Being given zero notice that it’s now being tracked and will count against me if I don’t meet quota means my daughter is coming in and will be distracting not just me but others around me since I don’t even have an office just a tiny cubicle.
How’s that for “impromptu collaboration” Karen?
