All the good managers in Maitland are now gone???? Many of the problems stem way above area managers and several managers were able to stick around for so long because they could just fire the really bad reps that dragged their KPIs down.

PTG is the best leader Maitland had on the inside!

It’s the same thing the outside b2bs were doing and have you looked at how much they are making? It’s a big success if you look at what they are getting paid. One of the highest paid inside roles just hope the actual accounts are hanging around. Seems like we are paying out for a couple orders and they aren’t actually committed customers. Don’t worry we will just resell them again and pay the new rep and new manager for the same business over and over again. Brilliant strategy

All the good area sales managers are now gone. That should say something.

One would need leadership, talent, and the ability to execute. 0 of 3 from what I see. Those leaders and talent are long gone. Rinse and recycle the strategy- replace the heads. Same result, sales decline, engagement all time low, and layoffs and terms and resignations continue.
