Wow, I thought I was the only one who sees what’s really going on. Cencora looks pretty on the outside, but they are real ugly on the inside side.

Cencora laid off their US employees and moved jobs to Costa Rica, this is an ongoing process through 2025. Finance roles and other functional areas are transitioning out of the country increasing the unemployment rate here while they boast of big profits, their mantra - "Put people first and the rest will follow" is definitely not directed toward their associates or "Tell the truth and tell it fast", not a trustworthy management team.
Talent Acquisition and Senior Managers were cut.
The place su-ks. The worst possible decision in leadership choices I have ever seen in my 5 years here. I despise the thought of even showing up. They are more focused on diversity and not who is equipped for the role. No wonder the place is drowning every quarter. They would rather hire those who are unfit and lack the business knowledge just to parade them around on LinkedIn post so everyone else gets the illusion that they care about putting “others” in positions of leadership when the fact of the matter is they are only losing workers, money, and respect from their clients due to the poor business choices by poor candidates that would otherwise never see the light of day at any other company. This place is a joke. I’ve heard that one department hired a supervisor that can’t even do any of the jobs he supervises. Clients are leaving and lo and behold, he is still there. This is company wide. I rest my case.
Probably referring to the CEO transition.
“Right before the biggest change the org will see” Anonymous, what does that mean?
They let the entire enterprise change team go, right before the biggest change the org will see. Some people from marketing too.
Talent Acquisition had some.
