For those who were apart of the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) and left Broadcom on their own will, did they ask for repayment as they promised?

They did not recapture mine. Obviously waited for OTE to pay out then left.
I’ve heard they simply recapture it from the last paycheck, but it’s uncommon. Best to just not get laid off.
No.. Broadcom plays hardball than has zero legal ground to stand on
If they want the laptop back you can count on them wanting this money back.
