Today marks a full year since I joined CVS. I can tell you right now that this has been the absolute worst year of my career and I used to work at Walgreens. I honestly didn't think things could be worse anywhere else but I was so, so wrong. I'm hoping I can find something else long before my next anniversary.

What does this have to do with being in Pharmacy?
Every area/Department is the same.
CVS is the most toxic company you can work at..... period.
DDAT in the last 2 years has become the worst place ever.
If you work as a pharmacist, I can understand. A bad dl can make your life a living he-l. Been there done that. A good team and a good boss makes the job bearable. We have so so many openings in our area for pharmacists, it's unbelievable. Not even the rite aid employees who are losing their jobs want to work. If it's a bad boss, transfer districts. Good luck
