Are they more significant, or the usual small scale so nobody would notice? Any info would be appreciated. I feel we are all on edge, just waiting for a big ax to fall.

I don't even work there anymore and I heard about the layoffs before most people who work there heard. It doesn't matter if it impacts 1 person or 100, people at MedSol and in the community still find out. The worst part is all of the remaining employees fear they will lose their job every day and morale is at an all time low.
Have they finally changed leadership in tech?
What a sad fall from grace the company has had.
It sounds like they’re doing smaller batches to not cause alarm.. what crock of good that does. Everyone talks. It’s no longer a meeting request though and they’re cold calling you. Just waiting for it to hit my department! Better start proactively looking as it sounds like jobs will start to be outsourced.
I see they made that nasty controller a VP while all of us minions have been laid off. What a freaking joke this company has become. When I started several years ago, they stood for something and I loved the core values. Now they have a nasty VP/Controller, plus a director of finance that is checked out. They continue to pay these people more $$ while we suffer with a layoff.
