Every individual I meet from Broadcom seems to either incompetent or have an IQ of 50. It's surprising that they're able to make it to office everyday and know anything about VMware or its software.

Different experience here. Broadcom people I met were smart. They ease their life with clean processes and portals. They run business of 10 people with 1 person. They seemed to wait retirement a bit, but can we blame them? I do at 30y old
Stop thinking you are smarter than anyone. We had our lot of d-mb people and many are still here.

Broadcom is where great products go to die. They bought CA because of CA's "expertise" in milking information from the employees at companies that they buy and running them out the door. Think of an environment that is highly bureaucratic- employees are not empowered at all. This is 360 degrees from your standard hi-tech innovator. Expect Broadcom to continue to buy products that customers cannot retire, and for the prices to keep going up. This IS the business model.
What we know is that VMWare's software is irrelevant. People are switching to KVM, which should have happened a long time ago.

I’m in office with multiple Broadcom divisions. Other than knowing they are “hardware “ or “software “ I don’t know what they do. Thank goodness I found out my IQ is 50. I was worried it was lower.
Yes I guess all the id--ts helping secure the success of this company really don’t get it. Perhaps look in the mirror a little? A little self awareness goes a long way.
Broadcom is ponzi scheme, typical pe firm. Stock will fall due to high p/e ratio, low revenue per employee from vmware and the current debt. I doubt future is bright here. Also work is top notch boring, if swe move on or retire here.

It is unlikely that personnel from one Broadcom division will know very much about what another Broadcom division does. That’s just the way it is. All of the Broadcom personnel are very highly trained and very highly intelligent people. So stop with the insults.
