Everyone is leaving except tenured staff. Those legacy employees are not leaving because they aren’t employable and they know it! They’ve been at Citi for 2 - 3 decades and don’t know anything else other than Citi’s outdated systems, no degrees, no certifications. These people must be scared to the core because if they get laid off especially with this market they will be hard pressed to find a new job at another institution like Citi. Anywhere you go you need at minimum a bachelors degree. Most tenured staff at Citi barely have a high-school diploma.
