Our team is already stretched thin as we are continuously forced to shoulder the responsibilities of those who have left or been shown the door, all while Citi declines to hire replacements. As a result, we have an ever-increasing workload without any increase in pay. The level of overwork we are experiencing is at this point ridiculous. What can we do to make them understand things can't go on like this for much longer?

Its a tactic used to run off more people by way of stress. If you leave on your own, then severance does not need to be paid. The bottom line is that, they do not care.
